Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Stillness. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Stillness, then Cancel Subscription.

You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you have a clear reason it should have been granted, email us — we can sometimes help escalate.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your profile, progress, onboarding answers, and any push token within 30 days.

If you can't open the app for any reason, email privacy@stillnessapp.co from the address you signed up with.

I bought a subscription but the app says I'm still on the free plan

Open Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. That re-syncs entitlement from Apple. If it still doesn't work, email us with the email on your Apple ID and we'll check the receipt directly.

The session won't play / audio cuts out when I lock my phone

Make sure background audio is allowed: Settings → Stillness → ensure "Background App Refresh" is on, and that the iOS silent switch isn't engaged. If it still drops, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version — we'll send a debug build.

Is my data shared with anyone?
